Current Rosters
Rosters are a list of firms pre-qualified to provide various services to SPS.
SPS Staff: log in to MySPS for a roster list organized by service type.
Non-SPS Staff: to view our service rosters, please submit an RFQ Service Roster Request Form.
How to Join our Service Rosters
Click on the roster(s) of interest below to expand to see application instructions. Please use the application link to apply and upload qualifications.
Consultants approved on one or more rosters who are interested in applying for other rosters may have fewer submittal requirements depending on the nature of services provided.
The firms on this roster have been pre-qualified to provide Educational Staff Associates services which are described as staff certified in the following designated categories/titles:
- Audiologists
- Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing (DHH)
- Nurse
- Occupational Therapist
- Physical Therapist
- Psychologist
- School Counselor
- School Psychology
- Social Worker
- Speech Language Pathologist
Agencies approved for the roster will not need to re-submit qualifications and will remain on the roster from year to year unless otherwise determined by the District. Please note that pre-qualified placement on the roster does not guarantee any specific amount of work, and in fact may not award any work at all.

RCW 39.80.040 requires pre-qualified firms to submit statements of qualifications and performance data annually. It is the responsibility of firms to ensure this information is current. Only pre-qualified firms should upload their annual statements of qualifications and performance data using the following link:

Firms on this roster have been approved to provide special education and related services to eligible students identified as requiring therapeutic day treatment services.
These services include, but are not limited to Therapeutic Day Treatment Services, Occupational Therapy Services, Physical Therapy Services, Speech and Language Services, 1:1 Instructional Assistant support.

The firms on this roster have been prequalified to provide specially designed instructional and supplementary services in reading, writing, math, adaptive behavior, executive functioning, and/or study/organizational skills to eligible special education students in grades PK-21.
These include services from Certified Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, Independent Educational Evaluations in all areas of qualification, and academic Specially Designed instruction in reading, writing, math, adaptive skills, executive functioning and study/organizational skills.

Firms on this roster have been pre-qualified to provide Youth Programming Services for Seattle Public Schools. Find out more about these organizations on the SPS School & Community Partnerships Platform.
Providers that have been approved for The Creative Advantage Roster are automatically approved for this roster and do not need to apply to the RFQ. The RFQ is an open process and submissions will be reviewed as they are received.

Request Youth Programming Services RFQ Documents
- If approved for the Roster, organizations will need to complete a Personal Services Contract (PSC) if for services more than $9,999 or a Memorandum for Understanding (MOU). Contact communitypartnerships@iin3d.com for more details.
- If applying for 2023 Summer Learning Enrichment Opportunity, a Supplemental Application Form is required.
